The contact form

When you send the form, we receive your name, email address, topic and message, and your organisation if you give it. We use them only to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry, at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). The form server stores nothing: your message is delivered by email to our mailbox, hosted by Google Workspace, which processes it on our behalf. We keep messages for 12 months and then delete them.

Visiting the website

The website reaches you through ngrok, a tunnelling service that processes your IP address to deliver each page.

We count visits with Umami, which runs on our own server. It records which pages are viewed, which links and buttons are used, the website you came from, and your country, device type, browser, operating system and language. It sets no cookies, stores no IP address and cannot recognise you on a later visit, so the figures are anonymous. Nothing is shared with anyone. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, nothing is counted. We use these figures to improve the website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable form. Write to us through the contact form. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or the data protection authority where you live.
